A serial killer t-shirt available in black or white cotton.

The Andrei Chikatilo The Butcher Of Rostov T-Shirt is inspired by the infamous Soviet serial killer who was single-handedly responsible for the murder, and mutilation of at least 52 women and children between 1978 and 1990.

Nick named The Butcher Of Rostov, Chikatilo was tried and convicted in 1992 and executed two years later with a single gunshot behind the right ear.

Please be aware that we do not hold any items in stock. All t-shirts are printed on demand when ordered by our trusted print partners in the UK. Because of this, there is a required lead time from the date of purchase for your order to be picked, printed, packaged and dispatched.

Average lead times are between 3 and 5 working days. During exceptionally busy times (for example Christmas) production can take longer.

Due to the current lockdown situation and social distancing guidelines, workforces have been drastically reduced at every stage of the production process, from t-shirt suppliers to printers. This has had the unfortunate knock on effect of extending lead times significantly as a far smaller number of t-shirts can be produced and shipped.

Our printers are currently advising that orders can take up to 12 working days to be shipped.

While we appreciate this is far from ideal, we hope you can understand that these are exceptional circumstances and that everything that can be done is being done to get these times back down to normal levels.

Royal Mail suggest the following average delivery times.

Destination Average delivery time If dispatched on Typically delivered by Report to us if not arrived by
United Kingdom 1-3 days Monday 1st Tuesday 2nd - Thursday 4th Thursday 11th
Europe 3-5 days Monday 1st Thursday 4th - Monday 8th Monday 29th
Anywhere else 5-10 days Monday 1st Saturday 6th - Friday 12th Monday 29th

Please note, we use First Class services within the UK, and many items can arrive extremely quickly (often 1-2 working days) however we have to advise that items can take their working day periods as stated in the average delivery time above. There is no guaranteed delivery date or tracking number available for First Class post.

Due to Royal Mail guidelines we have to allow a certain length of time for items to be delivered before they will be considered 'lost in post'. For deliveries in the UK this is 10 days, the rest of the world the wait period is 28 days. While it is rare for items to go missing, it can sometimes happen but on those rare occasions we'll do everything we can to assist and will, where necessary, arrange for a free replacement to be issued.

When you order a t-shirt or hoodie from Hellwood Outfitters, we process the order before passing on the details to one of our print partners. All of our preferred printers use a method called Direct To Garment Printing (DTG), a digital printing process that offers many advantages over standard screen printing.
DTG printing applies specialized textile inks directly into the fibres of the clothing that is being printed. Because of the digital nature of the printing process it means that our designs don’t need to be limited to a small selection of colours or simple designs.
DTG is a full colour CMYK printing process which allows for a palette of millions of colours and complex designs. When properly cared for, DTG printed T-Shirts and Hoodies will remain as soft and bright as when first printed and unlike some other printing methods, our designs won’t crack or peel.
This handy video illustrates the DTG Printing process.
