EU consumers may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order,
without giving a reason.
Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications
or clearly personalised, where applicable.
Submitting this form does not automatically mean that your withdrawal request has been approved. We will review
the request and respond in accordance with your statutory rights and our Refund and Returns Policy.
Returning goods after withdrawal
Once an order has been marked as shipped, your withdrawal request will require the goods to be returned, even if they are still in transit and have not yet been received. If goods are required to be returned we will tell you where to send them.
Please do not return goods to our printing partners unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
You may be responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect,
or we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence
that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
