We want all our customers to be happy with their orders, and we’re sure you will be, but it is important to know that we do not hold any items in stock.
All of our shirts are printed on demand when ordered and to your specific requirements. As such we can only accept returns that are faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
If your order should reach you in a damaged, faulty or otherwise not as ordered condition please send a photograph of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. In most circumstances this will be sufficient to confirm the issue and we will be able to offer a free replacement t-shirt. There will be no need to return the faulty item to us.
We cannot accept returns where an incorrect size has been ordered so please check your size carefully before ordering and if in doubt, buy big.
All orders are printed and dispatched by our printing partners in the UK.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
