The Townes Van Zandt T-Shirt is inspired by the late, great American singer songwriter and his song Waitin' Round To Die.
More of a cult figure than a mainstream success, much of Van Zandt's life was spent touring various dive bars, often living in cheap motel rooms and backwoods cabins. He suffered from a series of drug addictions, alcoholism, and the psychiatric diagnosis bipolar disorder and died on the first day of 1997 aged 52.
