Most of the information you might need can be found via the links or by reading the TERMS & CONDITIONS. But just in case, here’s a few questions that have popped up once or twice.


How Do I Order A Shirt?

Simply find the shirt that you want, select your style and size and hit the add to cart button. You can view the contents of your current shopping cart or move on to the checkout at any time by using the small cart icon at the top of the page. You will also have the option, on selected shirts, of adding a backprint. Should you wish to continue shopping, just carry on. Any further items you add to the cart will appear in the same cart in the same way.


When Will I Get My Shirt?

It is important to understand that we do not hold any items in stock. All of our shirts are printed on demand when ordered. Once your order is received it is passed on to our printers who aim to print, pack and dispatch your t-shirt within 3-7 working days. Shipping times after this will vary depending on your location and selected delivery option and are beyond our control. While the vast majority of orders are shipped within these timescales, please be aware that at busy times (especially at Christmas) the sheer volume of orders can slow the whole process down and your order may well take a little longer to be reach you.


My Order Never Arrived. What Do I Do?

It is rare, but sometimes things do go missing in the post. Should your order not arrive because it has been ‘lost in post’ we will happily send out a free replacement. Please note that we can only send out one free replacement per address in order to avoid fraudulent claims. In order to comply with the postal carriers regulations, we have to allow 10 days for domestic deliveries and 28 days for International deliveries before considering the order lost in post. 


What Is Your Refund Policy?

We do not hold any items in stock. All of our shirts are printed on demand when ordered and to your specific requirements. As such we can only accept returns that are faulty, damaged or not as ordered. In this event we can offer a free replacement or full refund upon receipt of the returned order.
