Simply find the shirt that you want, select your size, and where the option exists the colour of your shirt and whether you want the optional backprint, and hit the add to cart button.

You can view the contents of your current shopping cart or move on to the checkout at any time by using the small cart icon at the top of the page.

Should you wish to continue shopping, just carry on.
Any further items you add to the cart will appear in the same cart in the same way.

If you've used it before, then chances are we accept it.

We can take payment by just about all credit and debit cards, by ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay, AmazonPay, and by PayPal.

If, for whatever reason, you have an issue using a payment method, then just hit the contact us button and we'll do everything we can to sort it out for you.

Only if your quick! We will happily change the size of your tee, add or remove items, and change delivery addresses as long as you get in touch within 24 hours. Unfortunately once an order has entered the production process we will be unable to change it.

A confirmation email, including all the important details of your order, is sent out automatically as soon as your order is placed.

If you haven't received the email after a couple of hours then double check your spam box as there is every chance it has inadvertently found itself there. If you still cannot find it, just drop us an email and we'll get it resent for you.

We are more than happy to ship your order to wherever you are.

In most cases there are a variety of different shipping methods that can help make sure that your order gets to you safely, speedily and in tip top condition.

Please note, however, that any additional customs fees that may be added in your home country are beyond our control and the responsibility of the buyer.

It is important to understand that we do not hold any items in stock. All of our shirts are printed on demand when ordered and so require a print lead time.

Once your order is received it is passed on to our printers who aim to print, pack and dispatch your t-shirt within 5-7 working days.
Shipping times after this will vary depending on your location and selected delivery option and are unfortunately beyond our control.

While the vast majority of orders are shipped within these timescales, please be aware that at busy times (especially at Christmas) the sheer volume of orders can slow the whole process down and your order may well take a little longer to be reach you.

In the majority of cases our orders are all shipped via a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your unique tracking number. You can also find your tracking number by checking your order status on our website.

You can track the progress of your parcel via the relevant couriers tracking page, or by using any of the available online tracking services like Parcelsapp or Aftership.

Unfortunately the quality of tracking information provided can vary greatly between different postal services and in all cases is completely beyond our control. But we are always available to answer your questions if there is any shipping issues.

Unfortunately we have no control over whether customs fees are payable on your order or not, and what that fee may be. Because of this any customs fees payable upon entry to the destination country are to be met and paid by the customer buying the item. No additional tax or duty charges are added to your order at the point of purchase.
We strongly recommend that you make enquiries about possible customs charges prior to placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for such costs.

Any purchases returned due to non payment of customs fees will be refunded, upon request, only when the item has been received by us and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return postage cost.

While it is rare, sometimes things do go missing in the post.
Should your order not arrive because it has been ‘lost in post’ we will happily send out a free replacement.
Please note that we can only send out one free replacement per address in order to avoid fraudulent claims.

In order to comply with the postal carriers regulations, we have to allow 10 days for domestic deliveries and 28 days for International deliveries before considering the order lost in post.

While thankfully very rare, mistakes do sometimes happen.

Should you receive a parcel containing someone else's order, please drop us a line as soon as possible, including an image of the t-shirt received, so that we can pass that information on to the printers who shipped your order.
Rest assured, you will receive the correct tee in timely fashion and without any further cost to you.

Should you receive an order that is the incorrect size, in the first instance please double check your order status to confirm the size that was ordered. If you have received an incorrectly sized tee we will make sure that a correct tee is reshipped to you free of charge and as quickly as possible.

Should your order arrive misprinted or damaged please get in touch.
While damage caused during transit and delivery is totally beyond our control, rest assured we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue for you.

Please get in touch via email, including an image of the damage, and in most cases we will be able to issue a free replacement.

Unfortunately in most cases we cannot accept returns.

Of course if there is an issue with your order we will happily replace it for you, but as all of our orders are printed on demand when ordered, we cannot accept returns from customers who have changed their minds or have ordered an incorrect size.

We are always more than happy to answer any queries you may have before purchase, and because of this problems once your tee has been received are extremely rare.

Absolutely. If you'd like to have the design on your t-shirt printed on the back rather than the front then just drop us a line and let us know. The best way to make sure this happens is to add a note to your order on the checkout page.

We do, on occasion, offer discount codes for our very special customers. If you should be lucky enough to have a discount, please enter the relevant code when checking out to have your discount automatically deducted.

The best way to be in the know about future special offers and discounts is to sign up for our very infrequent newsletter. You can sign up at the bottom of any page on the website.

I'm afraid not. As all of our tees are printed by one of our trusted print partners, we don't have any influence over how quickly our orders come out.

If you absolutely have to have your tee by a certain date, it is best to drop us a line before you buy so we can give you an idea of whether it is possible or not.

Absolutely. We are always delighted to hear when customers love our tees and will always happily share that with our visitors.
